Freight Investor Services (FIS) Appoints Tobias Davis as Managing Director of Singapore
London, 01/08/2025 – Freight Investor Services (FIS), the leading freight and commodity brokerage, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tobias Davis as Managing Director of its Singapore Office.
Prior to joining FIS, he led Carbon Origination for ENGIE across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. In this role, he was responsible for servicing clients across a broad range of environmental and emissions products, as well as originating upstream carbon projects.
Prior to ENGIE, Tobias served as Deputy Divisional Director at Tullett Prebon Singapore, where he managed the LNG business and oversaw desks covering regional Carbon Markets and Japan Power. Additionally, he brings over 12 years of experience broking European and UK gas, LNG markets in London, and managing FX derivatives sales and distribution desks.
